So, I haven’t done one of these in a while. However, I am still losing weight, apparently!
8/31/11 - 134.4 lbs
I’m below my “goal” weight. I really need to evaluate and find a new goal that I can stick too. Do I want to lose a little more? What about build muscle? Lower my body fat?
Stay tuned! Meanwhile, I’m going to have a fabulous day because I’m 134 lbs today!
