I don’t say “y’all”, so I don’t know why I just did.
Starting over, starting fresh. Rude awakening this morning. And by rude, I mean I’m floating a little above where I want to be. I’ve got to nip in the bud.

Goal weight is between 130 and 132. Butttt….. I’d like to build some muscle in my nether regions. I also learned that my body type is Spoon. WTH? Spoon? I’ve been storing weight in my lower stomach as well. Not a lot, but enough that I could see myself just letting it go. And we all know what happens when you start to let some things go. After having said all of this - my goal is a little fuzzy. But whatever.

I knew I was gearing up for a loss after a great weekend. But I’m also torn because part of me suspects that the beets may have made me lose more weight than I was supposed to. Need to rehydrate!!!
I felt great this morning, so I slipped on my suit and took some pictures! They’re after the break.
