Despite this being awesome and totally goal reaching, my body doesn’t feel right.
Maybe the gluten and the beer is catching up to me? Did I tell you about my weekend drinking? I don’t think I did. I had 3 drinks on Friday and Saturday when my usual average is 0. Needless to say, I’ve been feeling a bit bloated and have been retaining water.
Getting back on track.
I think this is the first time a fantastic number on the scale hasn’t made me feel stellar.
